All my life, God, I've been tempted.
My big problem's been resisting.
This time I'm going to do it,

I have a chance to beat this,
As your child and your creation.
Please aid me in my quitting.
Lead me not into temptation.

Keep me clean and keep me strong.
Keep Satan far away from me.
Please, help me do no wrong.
I have a past of being weak.
