American Airlines, flight seventy seven,
Had took to the air on September Eleven.
One of four airliners pulled off its course,
Slammed into the Pentagon. Just imagine the force!
We had a few breaks on that nightmarish day.
One was the wall they hit. Solid each way!
A valuable lesson that had took lives galore.
Had we finished construction, we would have lost more.
The chaos that day was like none to compare.
The White House and Washington had a good scare.
We had no idea when the planes would stop crashing.
Or who, what or where that it was they’d be smashing.
Our Pentagon walls proved their strength in design.
One thing that we learned was a very good sign
Of how we must build, where it is there are threats.
Better safe now, than remorse of regrets!
The Pentagon symbolized America’s strength.
When it comes to this terror, we will go any length.
For Muslims who know Allah’s message quite clear.
Your name has been smudged by those causing us fear.
