How could this happen, but since it has, why?
How many were injured? How many did die?
What was the motive and who did the deed?
What were their goals? Did these culprits succeed?
Why the Twin towers. The Pentagon too?
Were there to be others whose plan had fell thru?
Is all of this over? Is more, soon, to come?
Why the deep hate and where is it from?
What will we do when we find who's to blame?
How do we win at this terrorist game?
Is there some good to be found from this crime?
If we end up in war, will we end it this time?
Will economies falter? If so just how bad?
Will this make our world safer? Is it wrong to be mad?
Will this problem get worse and grow fear in our hearts?
Will it wake us all up? Will it give us fresh starts?
Will the world come together in worship and prayer?
Will we find a solution to ending this terror?
Will the thoughts of this horror keep haunting us long?
Will it weaken our spirit or make us grow strong?
There's so many questions I need to unload.
I feel like my head is about to explode.
I guess I'll find out as the details unfold.
I'm eager to learn what the future doth hold.
