As Exciting as Church Possibly Gets

Church doesn’t have to be boring.
I have learned, where I, now, do attend.
Where I go sets my heart to go soaring.
As I feel God’s Son’s Spirit descend.

The music, you’ll find, is uplifting.
It beckons your heart to be warmed.
The musicians display God’s sweet gifting.
As the Choir sees His Praises are formed.

The Worship is solemn and Holy.
God’s presence, no one could deny.
God speaks to each one of us, solely.
We ask and await his reply.

The Praise and the Worship continue.
The Pastor approaches the stage.
He prays that the spirit be in you.
Regardless of color or age.

He opens the altar for healing.
Whatever the cards you’ve been dealed.
Come forward, if that’s what you’re feeling.
Have Faith and you, then, will be healed!

It’s followed by, marvelous, preaching!
You know that God’s message is clear.
You learn from the Word he is teaching.
You’ll savor each word that you hear.

You’ll realize the blessings I’m stating,
Are, more, real than my words dare to say.
Salvation, you will learn, is a-waiting.
It is only a few words away.

From beginning to end, there is blessing.
Anointing that’s waiting for you.
If you’re saved or if you’re only guessing,
All depends if your heart has been true.

To the God who inspires our Pastor,
who has given each member their gift!
If you’re coming, please, then, do it faster.
So, your Spirit, he, likewise, can lift!
