Let’s Give Them Some Strength and Some Shape

Now that we’ve stretched them
and learned where they are.
Now that we’ve taken
this program this far.

Time to start building
those muscles that move us.
To give them some strength
and some shape to improve us.

We’ve let them lay stagnant
while wasting our time.
T.V., until now’s
been a waste and a crime.

It’s people who stare,
all day long, at T.V.s
Who suffer obese-ness
as just one disease.

From this day here, forward,
we will change what we’re doing.
We’ll get in a workout while,
our shows, we are viewing.

No more bowls of corn chips
and huge jugs of pop.
All these bad habits must,
as of now, stop.
