On September Eleventh, a tragedy took place.
Someone dared say that God caused this evil disgrace.
Anne Graham (Billy’s Daughter) had something to say.
She answered this comment this sensible way.
I’m sure God was saddened by this just as we.
We’ve asked him to leave our schools. He answered our plea.
We said leave our Government. We can live life without him.
Then someone dare say these accusing things ‘bout him.
How can we expect God to protect and to bless us?
After how, as a country, we dared to express us.
We ask him to leave our most critical places.
Yet give him the blame in these devious cases.
Next she was asked, about shootings in school.
The terror, world wide, so evil and cruel.
The answers she gave, like her father, were wise.
These are, in my words, Anne Graham’s replies.
It started when Madeleine Murray O’Hare,
made her case that our schools should forbid any prayer.
Our Bibles, in school, couldn’t be read out aloud.
Eventually they were not even allowed.
By the way she was murdered. I find it quite odd.
More than likely by someone who didn’t know God.
They took out the book saying thou shalt not kill.
Which likens the chances the kids prob’ly will.
Love your neighbor as you love yourself, is also expressed.
The greatest book ever, in school was suppressed.
That’s when the shooting and troubles began.
When that devilish woman promoted its ban.
Dr. Benjamin Spock said that spanking was wrong.
Our kids would be warped and they wouldn’t grow strong.
This man, we believed. His advice was applied.
His son, by the way, did commit suicide.
It next was decided, teachers not be allowed.
To discipline children, obnoxious and loud.
No faculty member should touch any child.
And so it’s no wonder these children run wild.
They have to put up with the kids being rude.
For fear of some Lawyer, in court, getting sued.
We gave kids a ticket to get out of line.
If we so much as touch them we could get a huge fine.
I agree that to beat a kid is totally wrong.
But a swat on the butt worked real well all along.
Here’s something else that is out of proportion.
How about our young daughters, given secret, abortion.
Our girls can get pregnant, their parents unknowing.
They can get an abortion before they start showing.
The parents don’t have to know what they are doing.
Small wonder for all of our troubles we’re brewing.
Boys will be boys. They are going to have sex.
Let’s give, to them condoms. To teach it protects.
Again, let’s not tell folks, what their children are in to.
It isn’t important to tell what they’ve been thru.
The ones we elect to stand up and represent us.
Are to blame for these problems that congress has sent us.
We say it don’t matter what they do behind closed doors.
As we pay for their parties, their booze and their whores.
Someone said let’s print magazines with women who’re nude.
They went one step further, printing children, so crude.
They sell them in magazines for perverts to gaze.
They’re flooding the Internet with their pornography craze.
The movie industry, too, got involved.
Let’s add to the problems that need to be solved.
Let’s promote profanity, violence and sex.
Rape, drugs and murder, despite its affects!
Let’s promote suicide and Satanist themes.
Let’s get in their thoughts—even into their dreams.
Let’s record the same message in music to sell.
Let’s send these young children directly to Hell.
Then we, stupidly, ask ourselves, where’d we go wrong.
My dream was my child grow up to be strong.
Instead they’re addicted to sex, booze and drugs.
Where is the love that once came with the hugs?
We wonder why shootings occur more and more.
Why our country is going to Hell, worse than before.
The answer is obvious, for those who don’t know.
We reap, in the end, what it is that we sow.
