Make sure that you’re comfortably lounging.

That soda your drinking, please pour it.
Replace it with water that’s pure.
Water will flush out the toxins
and make your blood start to run clear.
You don’t need all that caffeine and sugar.
Those calories add to your weight.
And how ‘bout the snacks you are munching.
Change what you put onto you plate.
Eat nuts and dried fruits, food that’s wholesome.
Fresh vegetables, tasty fresh fruit.
These are tips that will aid you in reaching,
that healthier feel-good pursuit.
If it’s booze that you’ve always been drinking.
Take a look at yourself, my good friend.
Here’s something that’s harmful in more ways than one.
It’s time that this habit must end.
If you smoke, please think hard what you’re doing.
To your lungs that require clean air.
Put the smokes out and open a window.
Give that body some tenderer care.
If you make just these few simple changes.
You have made a great progress already.
Once you start, please don’t lose your ambition.
Put your foot down and stay with it steady.

Your training’s about to begin.
Prepare to learn how to relax and get loose.
To get strong and to even get thin.
Tell yourself that “I am going to do this.
There is nothing, I’ll let hold me back.
This time I am going to go all the way.
There’s no way I’m getting off track.

doing more as I patiently learn.
