By knowing some things about breathing and diet.
Stretching and strengthening—how to apply it.
By learning each joint—how it bends and then why.
What makes our blood pump. How to clean our supply.
The need for clean oxygen. Learning to breathe.
Learning how to relax. These are things you’ll achieve.

Some changes in diet—being truly aware.
The simplest program all done from your chair.
