It Starts With Belief in Yourself
Most people seeking fitness,
the majority will fail.
They fail for many reasons.
There are those that do prevail.
The difference is their attitude,
the results that they do achieve.
It starts with your level of self-esteem.
In yourself, if you truly believe.
So many get discouraged.
It is easy to see why.
They set their goals unreasonably.
Too soon! Too fast! Too high!
You need to be realistic
and have patience in progressing.
Your attitude is everything.
Keep track of every blessing.
Remember there are people
who can’t stand without some aid.
There’s others who can’t stand
at all whose bodies are decayed.
Be thankful for the little things
you take each day for granted.
Take action now in watering these
fitness seeds you’ve planted.
The plan is feeling better,
in the process getting sore.
You build your workouts gradually,
each day by doing some more.
You stretch yourself to loosen you.
You strengthen to get stronger.
It doesn’t get no easier,
by putting it off any longer.
Tell yourself, it’s going to be fun.
This time you are going to stick to it.
Learn a few things from my book and my tape.
Then sit down and make yourself do it.
Once you have found that’s it too much like fun.
How good that it is that you feel.
You’ll realize my program is just what I said.
It’s simple, it works and it’s real.
You don’t need a gym or machines to get fit.
To get the results you desire.
You do need to truly believe in yourself.
That’s one thing that this will require.
Keep it fun while you go. Make a game of it all.
Get in shape while you watch your T.V.
Your health will increase with each soap that you watch.
Real results you will feel and will see.
Do not get discouraged or lose your ambition.
Stick with this and you will achieve.
It’s those negative attitudes that always defeat us.
You have to be real and believe.
Believe that you’re doing your body some good,
By moving while watching your shows.
Believe that by changing the way you’ve been thinking,
That, with time, you will flatter your clothes.
Believe that thru breathing and changing some habits,
Your health will improve more and more.
Compare it to what you were doing to yourself,
While watching the T.V. before.
Believe that each stretch and that every deep breath,
And every muscle you strain.
Will make you feel better and help you lose weight,
And build where you’re wanting to gain.
Your negative attitude’s, done you enough harm.
This time you are going to achieve.
You can do whatever you set you mind to,
So long as you truly believe.
